The Dream tower 1 is located in Dubai Marina and is one of the two residential buildings that make up Dream Towers. The building consists of 29 floors and the entire complex covers an area of about 67, 580 sq. ft. excluding the car parking area.  Dream Towers consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments along with 5 bedroom penthouses.
